We deliver products using either Australia Post or suitable freight companies (using our accounts or your own if requested). Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart where possible and will be added to the order total before checkout. Items that require a freight quote will be confirmed prior to payment.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES: If you are making multiple purchases the postal/freight charges may show higher than actually required. If making multiple purchases please send your order/cart through to us for a postage/freight quote so we can adjust your delivery cost.
VisiMax ships goods Australia wide and internationally, however at this time we do NOT accept international orders through our website. Please contact us on 61 8 6558 0676 to enquire about a special order.
Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days, some items require lead times of 5-10 days, customised products and order-in items will have individual delivery times which will be discussed at time of placing order.
Shipping times within Australia vary considerably, and are estimated at between 3 and 14 business days, depending on your location and the items ordered.
